The Waipawa Chamber of Commerce has requested ëThe Duckí be put
back in the main street in a similar location as it was previously.
Councillor Terry Kingston moved that the duck be returned but the move was
not seconded by any other councilor.
Councillor Waite said the council had to take on board what the Chamber of
Commerce says, although he is not convinced the Waipawa Chamber of Commerce
is talking about the thoughts of the people of Waipawa.
