Our Mayor, Tim Gilbertson said about Pawa the Duck…

The mayor and council have chosen to ignore petitions
and surveys showing overwhelming support for the duck to be returned to her
rightful place and have decreed instead that Pawa the Duck can not
go back on the main street… but instead be banished to a little seen skate-board
park (the haven of graffiti artists and vandals.)
